Our primary meeting space is the brand new Harlan Media Center, a state-of-the-art meeting space, with a capacity of 180 in auditorium style. It is carpeted, air-conditioned and adjacent to three restrooms and a wet-bar service area in the lobby. Two doors lead to balconies with one of the finest views on all of the Los Cabos Corridor.

Standard A/V technology includes a wireless mike system with both handheld and lapel mikes, a 600w Peavey amp powering eight ceiling speakers, a Sony DVD/CD player, and Dell video projector. The room has full wi-fi service for your attendees.

Unique to Los Cabos is the professional-grade TriCaster live broadcasting system – the same used by Fox News, the BBC, NHL and ESPN. Combined with three Sony remote cameras, the TriCaster can capture your event for live broadcast via Internet, or to save as a DVD, podcast or other video format. Weddings, corporate meetings, training or entertainment programming can now be done at low cost, in a retreat environment.

Elevator service connects all four floors of the main building and a ramp is built to allow elevator access from the front drive.

Full dining services are available in the meeting room, as is a more traditional break service during meetings. Whatever your meeting needs, our friendly staff is ready to make it happen.

Meeting quotes are provided at request, based on event dates, number of sleeping rooms required, and food and beverage requirements. Package rates are most competitive for groups requiring 15 or more room nights.
